As a prevention advisor, you actively contribute to a safer working environment and support the prevention policy in the various branches of our customers in the construction sector. Work together with the head of the prevention department and management to take safety to a higher level.
DewaConnect is looking for an enthusiastic prevention advisor for 2 customers in Ghent AND Aalter. We prefer a candidate who lives near Ghent or Aalter to fill this position.
As a prevention advisor, you are responsible for organizing meetings and communication actions, managing files and deliveries, and supporting the administrative process. You draw up documents, handle internal and external correspondence, and ensure the planning and organization of travel and appointments.

What to expect
- Visits to various construction sites to coach teams and implement safety guidelines.
- Function as a point of contact for employees on safety issues.
- Performing risk analyses and drawing up safety instructions.
- Developing training courses and onboarding in collaboration with HR.
- Implementing the prevention policy together with the head of the prevention service and management.
